This Information Agreement has been issued by the company responsible for the data controller on the of Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”) with the aim of infroming the data owners regarding the procedures and principles regarding the processing of the personal data collected through the security camera systems used in the locations of our companies.

In order to ensure security, images are recorded and the recording processes are inspected by our company through security cameras located in our companies’ headquarters, branches and all other service buildings (internal and external) service areas (except for areas such as changing rooms and toilets).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Purposes of the collecting personal data are, ensure the security of the data subject and the company’s locations, deceting violations of the laws and collection of evidences. All cameras are recordings 24 hours a day, 7 days in a week.

WHOM AND FOR WHICH PURPOSES THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

Collected personal data may be transferred to the business partners of the company and legally authorized authorities in order to ensure the security of the data subject and the company’s locations, in line with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the law.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW

Rights of The Data Subject

ARTICLE 11 – (1) Each person has the right to request to the data controller about him/her;

• to learn whether his/her personal data are processed or not,
• to demand for information as to if his/her personal data have been processed,
• to learn the purpose of the processing of his/her personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose,
• to know the third parties to whom his personal data are transferred in country or abroad,
• to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,
• to request the erasure or destruction of his/her personal data under the conditions referred to in Article 7,
• to request reporting of the operations carried out pursuant to sub-paragraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom his/her personal data have been transferred,
• to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,
• to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his/her personal data.

These rights will be evaluated within 30 (thirty) days if the Data Owner Application Form on our website is submitted by the personal data owners to our company. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for the requests, our company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
